Camille Allen is a Senior Director of Gift Planning with the University of Nebraska Foundation. She earned undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from the University of Kansas and has several years of fundraising, consulting, and nonprofit experience, working with organizations such as Commerce Trust Company, KU Endowment Association and the Alzheimer’s Association.

Camille is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council as well as the Charitable Gift Planners of Nebraska.

Jeanine Crider is Director of Planned Giving at Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST). She holds a B.S. in Biology from Linfield University. Jeanine has more than 15 years of experience in planned giving, including many years on the gift planning team at Earthjustice prior to joining POST. She serves on the Northern California Planned Giving Council Board and the Hibel Family Foundation’s Planned Giving Initiative Advisory Council. Jeanine also served on the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners’ 2019 Conference Committee and volunteers hyperlocally with Hope’s Corner. She loves the beach, traveling, baking and hiking with her family.

Kathy Kielar is the Vice President of Development at WTTW and WFMT. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Illinois State University. Kathy has 20 years of experience in planned and major giving. Kathy is a past president of the Chicago Council on Planned Giving board, participated in their outreach program as a mentor, and is the 2020 recipient of their Jonathan Heintzelman award. She was also recently on the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners board where she served as Conference Chair in 2019. She is a member of the Hibel Family Foundation’s Planned Giving Initiative Advisory Council.
William Strickland

William Strickland

Advisory Council

William Strickland, JD, CSPG strengthens the communities of Los Angeles through effective philanthropy and civic engagement by working with CPAs, business managers, other trusted advisors and non-profit organizations through his duties as the Planned Giving Officer for the California Community Foundation (CCF). Prior to joining CCF, William served as the Associate Director of Gift Planning for The Nature Conservancy.  He brings a proven ability to work with varied organizations and communities from his successful careers in finance as Vice President of Trust Administration at Bank of America and in the performing arts as a professional dancer.  William is a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law, for which he formerly served as a board member of the King Hall Alumni Association. William also served as the 2012 President of the Partnership of Philanthropic Planning of Greater Los Angeles (PPP-LA), and as a board member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (NACGP) during 2018-2020.

Ericka L. Webb is the Director of Gift Planning at Boston College. She oversees all aspects of the gift planning program and works closely with donors, their advisors, staff, and University leadership to increase philanthropic support to the University through planned gifts. She was Director of Gift Planning and Endowment for the WGBH Educational Foundation for more than four years. Prior to joining WGBH, Ericka worked in the gift planning offices at both Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Ericka is the current president of the Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE) and is also a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Andrew W. Hibel is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of HigherEdJobs. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.Ed. from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Indiana University, Indianapolis. He has been a planned giving officer for Penn State University, Advocate Health Care and the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. He serves The Hibel Family Foundation as Secretary and is a planned giving advocate of its’ Planned Giving Initiative. Mr. Hibel is the immediate past president of the Chicago Council on Planned Giving.

Executive Director

Amy Roy serves as the Executive Director of The Hibel Family Foundation. Amy holds a B.S. in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Organizational/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University. Amy has been a charitable catalyst working in philanthropy for over 15 years. She was Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Advise Us Foundation,  Manager of Major Gifts at the Advocate Charitable Foundation, and part of development for The Thoracic Surgery Foundation for Research and Education.
